Shipping policy

Orders are typically packaged the next business day, but please keep in mind this is a small business and we are human.

Although Odd Faery is not responsible for the package after it has been accepted by the carrier with the full address you've provided, please contact us with any questions or delivery issues and we would be happy to file an insurance claim or open missing mail search on your behalf. The package, if damaged, will be covered by the postal service. If the package is missing it will be covered or redelivered by the postal service upon concluding their missing mail search.

Please contact us immediately if you have entered an incorrect address

Packages marked delivered or held for pickup are out of our control and no longer covered by USPS except in cases where delivered to an incorrect address. Please refer to your tracking to be sure you will receive or collect your package in a timely manner to avoid mail theft, as in the case of mail theft the only course of action is filing a report.
