Vintage 40s Victory Wings/Egyptian Revival Brooch

Vintage 40s Art Deco/Egyptian Revival Look wings brooch with blue stones

As a note I believe this may be a modified collectible Joseff of Hollywood Victory Wings/scarab brooch! It appears that these blue stones are soldered in and that there is a plate along the backing hiding what I believe would be the signature. Please Refer to all photos closely. Some wear on the golden finish and the soldered bits are missing that same finish on the backing.
